C&K Design is a full-service custom workroom specializing in pillows, cushions, shades, valances, and drapery panels. In addition, we provide a curated selection of bespoke drapery hardware, woven and roller shades, wood blinds, and designer fabrics. We work with both trade professionals and retail clients.

Meet the person
behind the details.

Adrienne Matthews is the founder and “Chief Fabric Operator” of C&K Design, LLC. A coastal North Carolina native and UNC–Chapel Hill graduate, she began her professional journey under the mentorship of a 30-year drapery workroom veteran and later earned a degree in Interior Design from CPCC.

With nearly two decades of experience in custom fabrication, Adrienne specializes in creating high-quality drapery, roman shades, cushions, and soft furnishings for homes and designers throughout Charlotte. She is also an active leader in the Window Coverings Association of America and loves blending craftsmanship, design, and a personal touch to bring each client’s vision to life.

No, we don’t have a set price list. Each project is uniquely tailored, and pricing varies based on materials, design, and specifications. We’re happy to provide an estimate once we have your project details.

How long will my project take?

Project timelines vary, but once all materials and components are in hand, C&K Design can provide an accurate estimate for completion.

Do you have a showroom?

While C&K Design does not have a showroom, appointments are available. I’m happy to bring a selection of fabric and hardware samples directly to you.
